City of Genius, Rick OWENS x MONCLER
A spectacular immersion for a radical architecture and fashion project
In October 2024, Moncler took over a former shipyard transformed into a 30,000 m² immersive venue for Moncler City of Genius, presenting the works of its invited creators. Among them, Rick Owens presented Ski Hut, a futuristic refuge turned winter sanctuary at the crossroads of fashion, architecture and sculpture.
CHD ART MAKER was honoured to contribute to this ambitious project, from structural engineering and fabrication through to final installation. Our involvement spanned all phases — technical design, production and on-site assembly — in close collaboration with Rick Owens' team, the architecture studio selected for the project, and the show"s production team.
