Packing, transporting and installing artworks require precision, anticipation and a thorough understanding of the site context.
Upstream, we prepare installations directly in the workshop: packing and crating of artworks, marking and labelling, loading plans and organisation of national or international transport. The goal: every piece arrives on site ready to be handled safely.
Under the supervision of our project managers, our technicians take over: unloading, unpacking, setting in place, assembly, anchoring, adjustments and, when required, dismantling and re-packing for return or a new destination.
On site, our teams ensure precise, safe and controlled installation — from unloading to final adjustments, in France and around the world.
We anticipate each context: site scouting, access, safety, fixing systems — to ensure a durable installation adapted to its environment.
We work in close coordination with all involved teams: artist studios, registrars, technical services, project owners and site crews, depending on the context.
This integrated approach ensures a smooth transition between workshop and site, in full respect of artistic intent, technical constraints and conservation requirements. It also guarantees controlled installation in varied environments: exhibition venues, public and urban spaces, institutions, foundations, schools or international sites.
For each project, we implement the necessary means to ensure the safety of people and places (lifting, working at height, protections) and, when needed, mobilise a network of specialised partners: engineering offices, rigging and lifting companies, finishing trades and freight forwarders for transport and logistics formalities.
Possible deliverables
Intervention schedule & protocol, installation plans / placement diagrams, technical elements for inclusion in safety procedures (prevention plans / PPSPS), installation DOE documentation, assembly certifications, maintenance recommendations.
